I would give free veg & local foods to all the people who say they cannot afford it and send them on cooking lessons for an admission that they would like to do it.

Actos of kindness when least expected are amazing, even if its just somoene saying thank you.

I would take people out of the office put them on a rug in the sun and give them a cup of tea.

I would buy a bar of chocolate every day and pay for it by helping little old ladies with their shopping and to cross roads and by smiling at people on the tube!
