Absolut Kindness

Film-goers in Clapham and Islington were pleasantly surprised on Sunday evening when a simple act of kindness got them more than they bargained for.

All it took was a pleasant greeting, polite manners, a sparkly smile or a compliment directed at one of the staff at Clapham Picture House and Islington Screen on the Green, and in exchange, hundreds of happy faces were rewarded with their snacks and drinks on the house.

As word started to spread, acts of kindness became more and more outrageous with even a few bum slaps and hello gorgeous thrown in for good measure!
